1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 8-oz. pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (2 cups), coarsley crushed
1/4 C. butter melted
Recipe
In a shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika, celery salt & pepper. Lightly pound chicken, if desired. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture to coat, then roll in crushed stuffing mix. Arrange chicken in a large shallow pan (pieces shouldn't touch). Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 25 minues or until no longer pink (170°F). Makes 8 servings.
