Prepare using a 4-qt. Chef's pan. Makes 4-6 servings.
List of Ingredients
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced celery leaves
1 C. whole milk
1 C. chicken broth
2 C. chicken; cooked, diced Recipe
Melt the butter in a deep skillet or saucepan. Add the flour, salt, pepper & celery leaves. Stir until well-blended.
Add the milk & broth, and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 min., stirring frequently. Add the chicken & heat it through. Serve over biscuits or rice.
