List of Ingredients
1 8-oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
1 C. apricot preserves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
4 - 6 chicken boneless, skinless breastsRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the dressing, preserves & dry soup. Place the chicken in a lightly greased 9"x13" baking pan; pour the dressing mixture over the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes, covered, then uncover ad bake for 20 minutes more, or until the chicken is fork-tender & no pink remans. Serve over hot cooked rice.
