    Benihana's Salad Dressing

    Chef Rocky H. Aoki: Benihana's Japanese steak houses This signature dressing is excellent tossed with a mixture of your favorite greens - especialy one that includes peppery mizuna fancifully garnished with vegetable curls of carrot, beet & daikkon radish.

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 Cup chopped onion
    1 T. chopped celery
    1 T. minced fresh ginger
    1/4 Cup peanut oil
    2 T. rice wine vinegar
    2 T. water
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp black peper

    Recipe

    Combine all ingred. in blender or food processor. Process until almost smooth. Makes about 1 cup. This can be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.
