    My mother made this a lot when we were kids

    List of Ingredients




    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    2 15oz cans kidney beans, drained
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 rib celery, chopped
    2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c mayo
    Cheddar cheese, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all together and chill at least one hour before serving
    Serves 6
