    This delicious house vinaigrette is a Houston's Restaurant favorite. Use a measuring cup with a spout or a squirt bottle to slowly pour the oil into the other ingredients while mixing. this technique will create a thick emulsion that won't separate as your dressing hangs out in the fridge.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 C. tarragon vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
    4 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 T. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. minced garalic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    3/4 C. extra virgin olive oil

    Recipe



    Using an electric mixer on medium speed, combine all ingredients in a large bowl for approximately 1 minute or until sugar & salt are dissolved.

    Slowly drizzle in the oil while mixing. Mix for another minute or until vinaigrette thickens. Cover & chill.

    Makes 1 cup.
