Iceberg Slice With Berries

List of Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup commercially prepared balsamic vinaigrette
2 cups mixed strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
1/2 cup crumbled soft goat cheese
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds*
Recipe
Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut crosswise into 4 even slices.
Drizzle lettuce slices with balsamic vinaigrette, as desired. Top with berries, goat cheese and almonds. Makes 4 servings.
*To toast almonds: Place in a baking dish in a 350-degree oven about 10 minutes until golden. Shake pan to turn nuts about halfway through cooking time.
