Sweet Tomatoe's Greek Salad

1/3 C. fresh lemon juice
13 garlic cloves
3 T. kosher salt
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. dried marjoram
3/4 tp. ground black pepper
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2-1/2 Cups canola oil - Slowly add the oil and continue to blend for 30 seconds.
1 tsp. crushed oregano - Stir in the oregano.
Toss the dressing together with iceberg lettuce, green bell peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, black olives & crumbled feta cheese.
