    Children love these. Nice to serve at parties.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 T. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 processed American cheese slices, quartered
    1 pkg. party rolls (7-1/2 oz.)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingreditents. form patties with 1 T. of mixture & place on a rack in a broiler pan.
    Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Split rolls horizontally, and place a meat patty & a piece of cheese in each. Serve with desired condiments.
