This is a very tasty sauce called Sweet and Tangy Dipping Sauce. It is a a great alternative to standard cocktail sauce. It is also delicious with chicken or pork.
List of Ingredients
1 2/3 cups orange marmalade
1/3 cup brown or stone-ground mustard
¼ cup prepared horseradish, drained if necessary*
Recipe
Place the marmalade in a small saucepan and stir it over low heat until softened. Stir in the mustard and horseradish and mix well. Let cool completely. Store covered and refrigerated up to 10 days. Best served close to room temperature. Stir well before using. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
*Make sure your prepared horseradish is fine-grated for best results. You can pretty much tell by a careful scanning of the bottle contents.
