    Transfer ready-made graham cracker pie crust to your own pie pan:

    For a homemade look:

    Preheat oven to 375° F. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with one egg white. Bake on baking sheet until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Completely cool crust.

    Replace the dome. Place the crust, dome side down, in the palm of one hand. Carefully remove the tin.

    With your other hand, place a 9" pie plate on the crust. Turn the plastic dome and pie plate over into the same hand. Fill as desired.
