    Baking Potatoes (Russett or Idaho)
    Vegetable oil
    Kosher salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, place potatoes on top & brush the top of them with vegetable oil. Sprinkle wth kosher salt to completely cover top of potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender. Don't wrap the potatoes.
