    What You'll Need
    1 1/4 cups (300 mL) graham wafer crumbs
    1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar
    1/3 cup (75 mL) butter, melted
    3 pkgs (250 g each) regular or light cream cheese, softened
    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    8 oz (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    4 eggs
    2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
    1 can (190 oz/540 mL) cherry pie filling, chilled

    What's Next
    1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
    2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand, melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla.
    3. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 300º F (150º C) for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool and chill overnight.
    4. Top with pie filling and garnish as desired.
