    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    4 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 3/4 cups flour
    4 cups oatmeal
    1 cup milk chocolate chips

    Cream eggs, sugars, oil, and milk. Mix in baking powder, salt, and spices. Mix in flour. Stir in oats, then chocolate chips. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes
