CHOCOLATE PIE

12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Put together chocolate chips, sugar,
and milk in top of double boiler to melt.
Take off stove and separate eggs. Beat egg
whites until stiff. Fold in 4 egg whites and
vanilla. Pour into either baked pie shell or
graham cracker pie shell and chill overnight.
CREAM TOPPING
Heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 drops mint
