List of Ingredients
4 x 8 oz. (250 g) Halibut steaks (or any other white fish)
1 cup (250 mL) Diana's Marinade, Lemon & Pepper flavour
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Vegetable oil Caper Mustard Sauce
3 tbsp. (45 mL) Butter
2 Shallots, finely chopped
2 Green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Capers
1/2 cup (125 mL) Diana Sauce, Fine Herbs with Lemon flavour
1 tbsp. (15 mL) Grain mustardRecipe
Put halibut steaks in a glass dish and pour in Diana's Marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Saut�� the shallots, green onions and capers for 2-3 minutes. Add Diana Sauce and mustard. Bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove halibut steaks from marinade, brush with oil. Discard used marinade. Grill halibut steaks for 6-8 minutes per side, basting frequently with Caper Mustard Sauce. Halibut is done when the center bone can be pulled away cleanly. Serve with remaining Caper Mustard Sauce.
