2 lbs. (1 kg) Beef Sirloin, (cut into 2 x 2-inch/5 x 5 cm cubes)
11/2 cups (375 mL) Diana's Marinade, Teriyaki flavour
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Olive oil
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Fresh ginger, chopped
2 Green onions, minced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. (25 mL) Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. (10 mL) Cracked black peppercorns
1 Green zucchini, red pepper, yellow pepper, medium red onion, peeled
8 Mushrooms
Recipe
In a large glass dish, mix 1 cup (250 mL) Diana's Marinade with olive oil, ginger, green onions, garlic, mustard, cilantro, and cracked black peppercorns. Place beef in marinade, coating all sides, cover dish and refrigerate
for 30 minutes minimum. Remove beef from marinade and thread onto skewers alternating with cut vegetables. Discard used marinade. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill beef and vegetable skewers for 8-12 minutes for
medium-rare doneness, turning every
2 minutes and basting with remaining
Diana's Marinade.
