Diana's Steak Spice Fajitas

11/2 lbs. (750 g) Beef flank steak
1 cup (250 mL) Diana's Marinade, Steak Spice flavour
8 x 7-inch (17.5 cm) Flour tortillas
2 cups (500 mL) Iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup (250 mL) Salsa
1 cup (250 mL) Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup (125 mL) Sour cream
Recipe
Trim excess fat and sinew from the steak and score on either side in a diamond pattern. Place steak in a glass dish and pour in 3/4 cup (175 mL) of Diana's Marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steak from marinade and discard used marinade. Grill steaks for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, basting with remaining Diana's Marinade for extra flavour. Thinly slice the steak on the bias. Serve with warmed flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, salsa, grated cheddar cheese, and sour cream on the side.
