3 to 4 ears of fresh corn or(can of corn)
1 beaten egg
3 tsp.baking powder
1 can 8 3/4oz of corn
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
Milk

DIRECTIONS
Scrape the cobs to make 1 cup of corn. Drain fresh(or canned) corn, reserving the liquid. Add enough milk to liquid to make 1 cup. Add dry ingredients. Combine milk-mixture egg and corn. Add to dry ingredients. Mix just until moistDrop batter from tablespoon into deep,hot oil. Fry until golden,3-4 minutes. Drain
