    Diana's Honey Balsamic-Grilled Chicken Thighs


    List of Ingredients




    12 Chicken thighs
    11/2 cups (375 mL) Diana's Marinade, Garlic & Herbs flavour Honey Balsamic Sauce
    1 cup (250 mL) Heinz Tomato Ketchup
    1/2 cup (125 mL) Honey
    1/4 cup (50 mL) Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp. (25 mL) Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp. (15 mL) Fresh rosemary, chopped

    Recipe



    Place chicken thighs in a glass dish and
    pour in Diana's Marinade. Cover dish and
    refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum. In a separate bowl prepare the Honey Balsamic Sauce. Combine ketchup, honey, vinegar, oil, and rosemary. Preheat grill to medium. Remove thighs from marinade. Discard used
    marinade. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium-low and close grill lid. Cook thighs for 30-40 minutes, basting occasionally with Honey Balsamic Sauce. Serve with additional Honey Balsamic Sauce.
