    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 pts. heavy cream
    salt, pepper

    Directions
    Melt butter and then stir in heavy cream, then pour in the 2 cheeses. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste
