7 1/2 oz marshmallw creme
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 t almond extract
1 t vanilla
1 lb. caramels
10-12 oz pecans, chopped.
Recipe
Knead marshmallow creme, powdered sugar, almond extract, and vanilla together. Roll into eight 1 inch logs, wrap each in plastic wrap and freeze. Melt carmels. Dip each frozen log in caramel and roll in pecans. Wrap individually in colored plastic wrap and keep refrigerated.
