    Recipe Introduction


    Everyone has eaten hommous. but this is how easy it is to make.


    List of Ingredients


    • garlic (as much as you like - raw or roasted)
    • 1 can chickpeas (or cooked chickpeas)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • squeeze of lemon or lime
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • tahini
    • paprika or parsley


    Instructions


    1. In a blender, blend garlic and chickpeas.
    2. When it needs liquid add oil and juice (if you cooked them yourself you may add cooking liquid too )
    3. Season to taste
    4. mix in tahini (not too much, maybe 1/4 cup
    5. spoon into bowl and sprinkle with paprika or VERY finely chopped parsely


    Final Comments


    serve as a dip with crudites, pita or corn chips or as a sandwich spread (healthy). A must with felafel. One of the few healthy things most kids love
