Sundried Tomat and Cream Cheese Dip

makes 1 1/2 cups. If you can only handle cooked tomatoes use 1/3 cup tomato paste instead of the tomato
List of Ingredients
- 250g tub spreadable cream cheese
- 1 tbs chopped green olives
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 tsp vinegar
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup semi dried tomatoes
- 1 tbs chopped basil leaves
- 1 tbs olive oil (as always with dips use a good one)
- 1 tsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Place cream cheese, tomatoes, olives, basil, mayo, oil, vinegar, tomato paste and pepper in food processor,
- Process until smooth and serve
