    like garlic bread but better! Great for barbecues, parties, dvd nights, informal functions etc


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 cup pitted balck olives, chopped
    • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
    • 125g butter, softened
    • 1 frenchstick


    Instructions


    1. Blend garlic, olives, herbs and tomatoes in food processor until finely chopped. Add butter and blend until smooth.
    2. Cut french stick into 2 cm slices to within 5mm of base. Spread butter on both sides of each slice.
    3. Wrap in foil and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
