Sundried Tomato, Olive and Garlic Bread

like garlic bread but better! Great for barbecues, parties, dvd nights, informal functions etc
List of Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup pitted balck olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 125g butter, softened
- 1 frenchstick
Instructions
- Blend garlic, olives, herbs and tomatoes in food processor until finely chopped. Add butter and blend until smooth.
- Cut french stick into 2 cm slices to within 5mm of base. Spread butter on both sides of each slice.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
