Tomato and Mushroom Salsa

Recipe Introduction
Serve this on melba toast or with corn chips. Could also work on a rare cooked steak.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 swiss brown mushrooms, whole
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbs fresh basil, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in frypan. Add garlic and spring onion then mushrooms and tomatoes.
- cook 5-6 minutes on medium. Add fresh basil and season with black pepper.
- serve warm.
