You can substitute coleslaw, potato salad or any salad veg you like in a wrap for the salad. You can use chicken, turkey or kangaroo instead of pork.
List of Ingredients
- 4 pork leg schnitzels, butterfly or minute steaks
- 1/2 tsp bbq seasoning or a sprinkle eg cajun, mexican, chinese 5 spice
- 4 flat breads (tortillas or lavash)
- olive oil
- 250g mix of rocket or lettuce
- tomato, avocado, spring onion, cucumber
- crisp bacon pieces
- BBQ sauce
- 2 medium onions, sliced.
Instructions
- Cut steaks in half. Brush both sides with oil and seasoning.
- Heat bbq and cook onions. Keep them warm. Cook pork 30 seconds - 1 minute a side until medium done.
- Serve on warmed flatbread with onions, sauce and a salad made of the vegetables and bacon
