    You can substitute coleslaw, potato salad or any salad veg you like in a wrap for the salad. You can use chicken, turkey or kangaroo instead of pork.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork leg schnitzels, butterfly or minute steaks
    • 1/2 tsp bbq seasoning or a sprinkle eg cajun, mexican, chinese 5 spice
    • 4 flat breads (tortillas or lavash)
    • olive oil
    • 250g mix of rocket or lettuce
    • tomato, avocado, spring onion, cucumber
    • crisp bacon pieces
    • BBQ sauce
    • 2 medium onions, sliced.


    Instructions


    1. Cut steaks in half. Brush both sides with oil and seasoning.
    2. Heat bbq and cook onions. Keep them warm. Cook pork 30 seconds - 1 minute a side until medium done.
    3. Serve on warmed flatbread with onions, sauce and a salad made of the vegetables and bacon
