Barbecued Lamb Loin Chops

List of Ingredients
- 8 lamb loin chops
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar
- 5cm piece fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate chops for 1/2 hour in soy, sugar, oil and ginger. (you can do it without this step if you are in a big hurry)
- Cook loin chops on preheated oiled barbecue grill, brushing occaisionally with soy mixture. for about 3 minutes each side.
- Remove from the barbecue, sprinkle with remaining soy mixture (fresh stuff not used for marinading)cover loosly with foil and set aside to rest 5 minutes.
Final Comments
Serve with barbecued potato slices and salad. Can use lamb cutlets, chump chops, forequarter chops or kangaroo steaks.
