    Barbecued Lamb Loin Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 lamb loin chops
    • 3 tbs soy sauce
    • 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar
    • 5cm piece fresh ginger (grated)
    • 3 tsp olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Marinate chops for 1/2 hour in soy, sugar, oil and ginger. (you can do it without this step if you are in a big hurry)
    2. Cook loin chops on preheated oiled barbecue grill, brushing occaisionally with soy mixture. for about 3 minutes each side.
    3. Remove from the barbecue, sprinkle with remaining soy mixture (fresh stuff not used for marinading)cover loosly with foil and set aside to rest 5 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serve with barbecued potato slices and salad. Can use lamb cutlets, chump chops, forequarter chops or kangaroo steaks.
