Thai Satay Cutlets

serves 4. I have used the same recipe with kangaroo steaks and also with large pieces of tofu (vegetarian) so there is a lot of room for variety.
List of Ingredients
- 12 frenched lamb cutlets
- 1 tsp chopped chilli
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except lamb and stir to combine. Marinate the lamb cutlets 30 min or overnight in fridge.
- Heat grill or barbecue on high. Cook 5 mins each side until edges char. Stand 2-3 min and serve with steamed jasmine rice and salad
- Garnish with fresh lime and chopped chilli
