    • 1 ripe cavendish banana (lge)
    • 250ml milk
    • 150g vanilla yoghurt
    • 2 tbsp musashi 92% protein powder


    Instructions


    1. Place ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. For an extra thick refreshing shake, add some ice cubes prior to blending
