- 1 cup soy drink
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp honey
- pulp of 1 passionfruit (optional but nice)
Instructions
- Process or blend everything except passionfruit until smooth.
- Stir in passionfruit and pour into glass. Serve with wholegrain muffins spread with Vegemite or Marmite for breakfast.
