List of Ingredients
- 2 cups masa lista / mexican style cornflour
- 1 1/4- 1 1/3 cups warm water
Instructions
- Mix masa lista with enough warm water to make a pliable dough. Using your hands divide dough into twelve equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball. flatten each ball into a disc 3mm thick.
- Cook on a hotplate until light brown, turn and repeat.
- Serve with refritos, chilli con carne or bean dip.
