Recipe Introduction


I think these are meant to come out like scones. The recipe said "biscuits" but I think that they mean scones. Like Americans call scones "biscuits" and they call biscuits "cookies" just to confuse the rest of us?





List of Ingredients



• 100g rolled oats
  
• 2 medium coliban potatoes (or any good mashing potato)
  
• 100g plain flour
  
• 80g butter
  






Instructions



1. Cook and mash potato
   
2. Combine oats and flour in a bowl. Rub in butter then work in mashed potato until you get a stiff dough.
   
3. ROll out on a floured surface and cut into thin rounds.
   
4. Place on buttered trays and bake 180C for 20 min or until "biscuits" are crisp and light brown.
