    This is a vaqriation on bagels. Please see my bagels recipe in BREAD and use this to modify


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 quantity bagel dough
    • 1/2 punnet (or more) raspberries


    Instructions


    1. Make bagel dough according to recipe. When formin bagels, work in raspberries with flour if needed (it's a squishy job but dough needs to retain consistency)
    2. Rise, poach and bake bagels as normal (see original recipe)
    3. enjoy even more than plain ones
