Swiss Muesli

Make this the night before of the texture wont be right
List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
3 cups milk
2 tbs brown sugar or honey
2 apples, grated
250ml plain yogurt
100g almonds
sprinkle cinnamon (generous one)
Recipe
Pour milk over oats and sugar.
Grate apples, mixing them with yogurt and then fold this through the oats with the almonds and cinnamon.
At this stage the mix will look too liquid. Place it in the fridge overnight.
Serve with fresh berries or apple slices or banana, mango, tinned peaces or whatever if desired.
Plain or fruit yogurt may also be a nice topping.
