    makes 24 (I find that a little hard to believe from 1 egg). Serve hot or cold


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 sheets frozen puff pastry
    • 125g ham, finely diced
    • 125g edam cheese, grated
    • 1 tbs mustard
    • 3 tbs cream
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbs parsley


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 200C. Cut pastry into circles and press into patty-pan trays.
    2. Combine all other ingredients and spoon into patty cases.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes til puffed and brown. Serve hot or cold.


    Final Comments


    You could try corn, capsicum, leek or asparagus (or any combination) instead of or with the ham.
