    makes 4 (1 cup ramekins)


    List of Ingredients


    • 250g cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup cream
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 3 bananas mashed (about 1 cup)
    • lime zest to decorate
    • 1tbs gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
    • 2 egg whites, whipped until soft peaks form.


    Instructions


    1. Process cream cheese, cream, honey, bananas and lime juice in a food processor until smooth.
    2. With motor running add (dissolved) gelatine and process to combine.
    3. Fold 1/3 of the mixture into egg whites. Repeat with remaining mixture.
    4. Pour into ramekins (or cup size serving dishes) and refrigerate until set (overnight is good)
    5. Serve decorated with lime zest if desired.
