List of Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 bananas mashed (about 1 cup)
- lime zest to decorate
- 1tbs gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 egg whites, whipped until soft peaks form.
Instructions
- Process cream cheese, cream, honey, bananas and lime juice in a food processor until smooth.
- With motor running add (dissolved) gelatine and process to combine.
- Fold 1/3 of the mixture into egg whites. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Pour into ramekins (or cup size serving dishes) and refrigerate until set (overnight is good)
- Serve decorated with lime zest if desired.
