    When I was a kid almost any dessert would be teamed with this simple yet delicious topping


    List of Ingredients


    • 300ml cream (double is even better)
    • 1tbs powdered white sugar (or to taste)
    • 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence (or try extract)


    Instructions


    1. Pour cream into bowl with other ingredients. Whip (by machine or hand) until stiff.
    2. Serve over chocolate, fruit, or anywhere that vanilla would be welcome.
