When I was a kid almost any dessert would be teamed with this simple yet delicious topping
List of Ingredients
- 300ml cream (double is even better)
- 1tbs powdered white sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence (or try extract)
Instructions
- Pour cream into bowl with other ingredients. Whip (by machine or hand) until stiff.
- Serve over chocolate, fruit, or anywhere that vanilla would be welcome.
