    List of Ingredients


    • 6 chocolate ripple biscuits, finely crushed
    • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
    • 250g neufchatel or cream cheese
    • 100g dark chocolate bits
    • 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit


    Instructions


    1. Divide crushed biscuits evenly between 4 flat-based glasses.
    2. Blend cheese and yoghurt until smooth. Melt chocolate.
    3. Stir a little of the cheese mix into the chocolate then fold chocolate and half the dried fruit into the cheese mix.
    4. Pour into glasses, decorate with remaining dried fruit and shaved chocolate.
    5. Refrigerate until set.


    Final Comments


    If you like use frozen berries instead of the dried fruit (fruit is cheaper)
