List of Ingredients
- 6 chocolate ripple biscuits, finely crushed
- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 250g neufchatel or cream cheese
- 100g dark chocolate bits
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
Instructions
- Divide crushed biscuits evenly between 4 flat-based glasses.
- Blend cheese and yoghurt until smooth. Melt chocolate.
- Stir a little of the cheese mix into the chocolate then fold chocolate and half the dried fruit into the cheese mix.
- Pour into glasses, decorate with remaining dried fruit and shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set.
Final Comments
If you like use frozen berries instead of the dried fruit (fruit is cheaper)
