Recipe Introduction


This is too easy for words. Making a proper chocolate mousse is nicer but in a hurry this will satisfy many palates especially if they are kids.





List of Ingredients



• 1 pckt instant pudding, chocolate dessert mix
  
• 600ml milk
  
• 1 punnet strawberries or raspberries
  
• 1 tbs crushed nuts
  






Instructions



1. Sprinkle dessert mix on milk in a bowl and whisk 1 min until well mixed and full of air.
   
2. Pour into deep dish serving bowls or parfait glasses adding berries in alternate layers.
   
3. Top with nuts and leave in fridge to set for 15 minutes.
