Cocolate Souffle

Recipe Introduction
These people claim you don't have to be all that careful and fussy, that souffles are actually quite easy to make. I am not so sure...but I write their instructions.
List of Ingredients
- 5 eggs seperated
- chocolate
- butter
- sugar (castor I think)
- parchment paper
- butter to grease and cooking spray (yuk)
Instructions
- Whip egg yolks with a little bit of sugar unti ribbony
- Melt together chocolate and butter over bain marie until just melted. There may even still be some chunks.
- Seperately whip the egg whites, when they make medium heaps gradually add in sugar.
- Fold the yolks into chocolate, then fold inthe whites. (no need to be careful they said and can sit 5-10 mins if u need)
- Place some stainless steel souffle rings on parchment paper. Butter them and spray with cooking spray.
- Fill to halfway with chocolate mix. Can leave in fridge 2-3 hours if needed. Bake 10 mins.
- Dust with icing sugar or cocoa and serve immediately (I would serve with fresh raspberries and a dollop of cream.
