    Don't worry this recipe has no nutritional value whatsoever (unless you use healthy icecream-lol) it is purely for indulgence.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups self raising flour
    • 1/2 cup cocoa
    • 1/4 cup caster sugar
    • 125g butter, cubed
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 2/3 cup sour cream
    • icing sugar for garnish
    • choc curls to decorate
    • 1 litre icecream (suggestions: chocolate ripple, chocolate, vanilla, or a mix)


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, cocoa and sugar in food processor and blend until combined. Add butter and blend to distribute evenly.
    2. Add egg and sour cream and blend lightly until mix forms a ball. Roll out 1 cm thick. Cut into 8cm-10cm rounds.
    3. Bake 220C 15-20 mins. Cool.
    4. To serve: sandwich cookies together with 4 scoops icecream (per 2 cookies) and dust with icing sugar. Garnish with chocolate curls.
