    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs, separated
    • 1/4 cup castor sugar
    • 1/4 cup strong black coffee
    • 2 tbs Irish whisky
    • 2 tsp gelatine dissolved in 1 tbs hot water
    • 1 1/2 cups pure cream, lightly whipped
    • coffee beans, garnish


    Instructions


    1. Beat yolks, sugar, coffee together until thick and creamy. Stir in whisky and dissolved gelatine.
    2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Forl beaten egg whites and half the cream into mousse. Pour into Irish coffee glasses and refrigerate until set.
    3. Serve garnish with remaining cream and with coffee beans
