Irish Coffee Mousse

List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 1/4 cup strong black coffee
- 2 tbs Irish whisky
- 2 tsp gelatine dissolved in 1 tbs hot water
- 1 1/2 cups pure cream, lightly whipped
- coffee beans, garnish
Instructions
- Beat yolks, sugar, coffee together until thick and creamy. Stir in whisky and dissolved gelatine.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Forl beaten egg whites and half the cream into mousse. Pour into Irish coffee glasses and refrigerate until set.
- Serve garnish with remaining cream and with coffee beans
