    another easy one. Serves 12 unless greedy. Use lemon or lime instead of orange if you like

    List of Ingredients




    Orange and poppyseed muffin mix
    Orange syrup
    Icecream or sorbet

    Recipe



    1. Make up the muffins according to packet directions

    2. Make orange syrup from sugar, orange juice and orange rind (boiled until syrupy)

    3. Pour over muffins

    4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or citrus sorbet
