    serves 4- no dairy or gluten, to make it vegetarian/vegan choose agar agar


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tbsp gelatine OR BETTER STILL agar agar flakes
    • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
    • 1/2 cup hot water
    • 1/4 cup loosely packed raw sugar
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • pulp of 4 ripe passionfruit


    Instructions


    1. Place agar agar in hot water. Stir with a fork until dissolved. Place in blender with melon, sugar, orange juice and blend until smooth and frothy
    2. Transfer to a large serving bowl and fold in passionfruit pulp. Refrigerate until nearly set, Stir again and return to frisge until set.
