    List of Ingredients


    • 500ml chocolate icecream (may use vanilla if you like)
    • 2 tbs toasted dessicated coconut
    • 100g grated dark chocolate
    • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted and then finely chopped
    • 2 tbs finely chopped glace cherries
    • extra glace cherries halved, for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Using a small icecream scoop, scoop the icecream into balls.
    2. Place on a foil lined tray and immediately return back to the freezer until firm.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients together and quickly roll each ball in the mixture.
    4. Return to freezer until just prior to serving.
    5. Serve skewered with fancy toothpicks and extra cherry halves
