The kids love this simple one. Use any chocolate biscuits (americans would say cookies) you like.


List of Ingredients








1 litre vanilla icecream
1 pckt Tim-tams (chocolate covered chocolate biscuits made by Arnott's)



Recipe



Tim-tam Icecream



1 litre vanilla icecream
1 pckt Tim-tams (chocolate covered chocolate biscuits made by Arnott's)

1. Cut the timtams into small pieces and cruch roughly.

2. Let icecream soften slightly.

3. Mix chopped biscuits into icecream.

4. Replace in freezer until ready to serve in a cone or bowl with caramel topping (optional)
