This was made by children aged 10-13 so it is easy. Every quantity is variable as you like.
Use other types of beans and mash them yourself if you prefer
List of Ingredients
- 450g can refried beans
- 45g packet taco seasoning
- avocado
- sour cream
- tomatoes
- taco sauce/salsa (optional)
- grated cheese
- corn chips or crisp tortillas
Instructions
- Mix beans with taco seasoning to taste.
- Spoon into serving dish (a glass or clear plastic one looks prettiest for the layers)
- Combine tomato with taco sauce or salsa and spoon onto beans (or use as a layer after the sour cream)
- Mix together avocado and sour cream and make a thrid layer (some people like to make a fourth layer of just sour cream)
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top to make the final layer
- Serve cold with the corn chips or tortillas
