    I dont like bacon, I would make this with salmon


    List of Ingredients


    • 185g shortcrust pastry
    • 125g sliced leeks
    • 185g diced bacon
    • 4 eggs
    • salt and pepper
    • pinch of nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Line 18cm pie dish with shortcrust pastry.
    2. Place leeks on pastry, then a layer of bacon, and break eggs on top.
    3. Cover with a thin layer of pastry. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 40 minutes.
    4. Serve with salad
