Stirfried Sweet Chilli Chicken w Noodles

List of Ingredients
- 2 celery stick, sliced
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 tbs oil
- 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 x 175g packets singapore noodles (or 2 min noodles)
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in wok and stirfry celery, carrot, onion, garlic and ginger for 1 1/2 minutes. remove to a plate.
- Reheat wok and stirfry chicken for 1 minute.
- Return stirfried veg and add noodles (precooked if 2 min), sauces and 1/4 cup water.
- Stirfry 1 1/2 min and serve.
